Wii Fit

Because I tend to get a bit 'antsy' while I am working out this nicotine thing, I decided to drag the Wii Fit back out. You know, put this energy to use.

I started with all the typical stuff, weigh in (groan), etc. Then I thought, what the heck, I'll try to do all the balance things (besides the yoga. I do that separately). The bee broke my bubble before I could even get to the island on the river, I couldn't get past the third level of the Table Tilt. I did okay on the penguin slide, but I absolutely kicked butt on the Lotus Focus! Tough stuff but I took photos to help you understand my training regimen.

Oh yeah, I was looking forward to peaceful!

I was tough enough to KEEP MY LEGS FOLDED. Booyah!

Concentrate. I could do this!

Oh yeah. It was glowing. And the piece de resistance?

Champion! That's right all you wannabees, I can sit still for 3 minutes! I achieved the highest level by putting forth maximum effort.

I should get a gold star or something, don't you think?

I can't understand why more people aren't trying to get fit!

I just cancelled my subscription to my local gym: three years of paying and only two months of actually attending! Perhaps I should give that Wii thing a go.

In all honesty, there are a lot of fun activities to do on Wii Fit. I hear there are online groups who support each other and lose a ton of weight.

I have the Wii Fit Plus and Wii Active. But I have to say you "ROCK" at the inner piece thing. I didn't do so well at it, lol.

I haven't tried that one yet. I seem to have a grudge against the nunchuck!

My kids and I love the Wii...see my post at BPOTW - 'A matter of Fact' for an example.
After getting pummeled at every game I play with them though, maybe I should try to hypnotize them with this Zen feature you speak of...slow their motor skills down. :)

We could not sit still for that Zen thing because ultimately somebody will push! My 5 year old son beats me at tennis and bowling. Aargh

It is definitely more fun when you have someone to play it with.
