Oh, I know this is just a fluke and it's WAAAY to early to be true, but I heard them today! And for those who don't remember what they sound like, here's a short clip I recorded a few years ago;
Chickadees with their spring song, peepers out doing warm ups. With all this evidence I have to know that a season change will be upon us soon!

I started hearing the morning birds last week. Spring is in the air.
Love that sound! That's exactly the kind of thing that makes me love sleeping on my porch. But you gave me an idea -- TAPE those sounds and make a CD so I can sleep INSIDE once it hits 90 out there! Hey - thanks!
