Go East Older Woman!

I know, I know. I have been terrible this month about keeping everyone up to date and I'm sure you are all on pins and needles. Well, take a deep breath and I'll provide a mini-fill-in.

Fuchsia and I leave here Thursday to begin the trek East. The apartment is covered with empty boxes just waiting to be filled. Pure chaos (so unusual for me!).

We will be taking the pets with us and, once again, all the hotels have restrictions which we must tweak a bit. Such as '2 animals' or 'no cats'. Uhm, okay. Close counts, doesn't it?

Bassman will follow behind after the job is finished, hopefully early in June. We don't know what will happen in the future with work or what not but at least we will be east of the Rockies where our family is only a days drive away. And the dirt stays on the ground where it belongs!

Oh, that's very important: dirt staying where it's supposed to be.

Good luck with your move, and close is definitely good enough!

Have a safe trip! AT the least, I'm confidant they will be adventure-filled!

I am hoping for not TOO much adventure! Just the right amount.
