I am not known as a super duper house cleaner. If given a choice between being outside or cleaning, well, cleaning loses.
As penance for that, I am now in Colorado, where the adobe dust blows everywhere. Through the screens, through the cracks in the windowframes, possibly even through solid walls. Nasty stuff.
If you get it wet (like hitting it with Windex or plain old water) it turns to high quality concrete. Very difficult to remove.
As a result, I am going through 12 zillion paper towels, putting the vacuum into an early grave, and still living in a house with dust everywhere.
That Karma chick is a mean one.

Maybe you could try making some adobe bricks with all that dust.. bring them back as keepsakes, turn 'em into some planters for home or something...
*shrug* ;)
We will probably bring home half a ton in our job trailer!
Since I have about the same attitude to cleaning, I will not be moving to your part of the world. Yep, that's what I will not do!
This is only a temporary stop. Once I get back to Kentucky, I won't have to deal with it. However, we might have one or two other problems...
Ahhh.. brings back memories of my days in West Texas. You don't know what dust is till you live in Lubbock! Try microfleece cloths. I have one that's a glove, and I just put it on, and go to town, then throw it in the wash. Mr. Clean has a dust mop that works the same way, and I love it. Got it at Dollar Store.
