I, like a zillion other people, am a fan of the Pioneer Woman blog. She writes, she takes photos, she cooks. Most recently she has been out on the road promoting her new New York Times bestselling cookbook.
What has made her different is that she has photos of each step. This is my humble attempt to follow in her footsteps.
Step 1 - Gather all ingredients
They might not all be necessary (like the angel food cake) but you know, use what you like. Did I mention it's pizza that I am making?
Put ingredients on pizza crust
Cover with at least 8 oz. of mozarella and bake at 425 for 14 minutes.
Can you say yummy?
Of course you need some veggies too so I added a tossed salad. Same strenuous prep work.
Open bag
Dump in bowl along with cukes
Cover with appropriate toppings
Well taking you through that was pretty darn exhausting. I barely have enough energy left to eat now. Thank heavens Bassman is the one with dish duty.
